However, some users reported issues with the software's stability and motion handling, while others noted inconsistencies with variable refresh rate (VRR) functionality and upscaling capabilities. The rumors are true across the board about the visual anomalies and operational issues that have yet to be addressed by Vizio. Disappointed with the purchase so far and hoping for an update that fixes things.

It worked great for the first 6 months but then after that the remote broke and now when I try using the remote it doesn’t work and whenever it does work I have to spam the remote. Then I factory reset the TV and I don’t press any buttons and the TV starts going crazy. I wanna get my money back or trade in the TV for a new one. Worst 2k I’ve ever spent

4k looks fantastic once you tweak things just a hair. Had one small issue hooking up a Xbox One X, Had to make a change on the Xbox setting turn VRR off, this was causing a conflict on the TV, between HDR and VRR,

So far so good - only complaint is I can't install Steam's application, but very few TVs actually can so whatever. Real test will be when the new Xbox comes out and I attempt gaming at 4k60 on a 75" TV.

Hello Wertnt, this TV uses our SmartCast Platform which offers a host of built in apps, as well as support for Google's Chromecast, Apple's AirPlay 2, and voice support for SIRI, Google Home, and Alexa. You are not able to manually download additional apps, however new apps are added to the platform often. If you find there is an app you want to watch that is not on SmartCast you may be able to cast it using Chromecast or Apple AirPlay from your phone or mobile device. If you’d like any help taking advantage of all the options VIZIO has to enjoy your content, our customer service team would be happy to speak with you at 844-254-8087. VIZIO

    Worst UI ever ever

Should be able to give 0 stars. Picture is OK... but my god the menu and UI seem to be purposefully designed to induce anger. So many nights ruined, as we just give up trying to watch what we want because menu options and UI are horrendous. Do they not get input from users before they make the menu trees? Cant find anything, nothing is intuitive, options disapear too fast ( if you look down at the remote things disappear, you gotta be QUICK) and when you are indeed lucky enough to find what youre looking for you cannot even click on it. Heres Just one of tons of examples... I want to cast my Note 10+, but havent been able to figure this out in many sessions of many hours trying. This day and age thats inexcusable, any other TV it takes me 2 minutes or less. I have it wired to ethernet, but appatently need to set up to wireless connection maybe to mirror a phone? ...but cant even click on "wired" to switch it, it just skips over it on the TV menu, what the.... cant figure that out either. I am tech savvy... bit cannot figure out tje simplest of things on this TV because it eithrr doesnt work or you just cant find anything... tje least user friendly piece of tech I have ever seen. Never been this frustrayed day after day with a TV

Hello Bart, thank you for taking time to leave us your feedback. Casting and AirPlay abilities do rely on your mobile device and the TV being on same Wi-Fi connection. The "Wired Connection" status in the Network menu is not meant to be a toggled setting, rather it is an indication as to whether an ethernet cord is connected. When disconnecting that ethernet cord, you will see it change to a "Disconnected" status. I would then recommend to select your Wi-Fi network name to complete it's setup and attempt to Cast or AirPlay again. If you have any questions or need any assistance, we are available through text message, chat, or over the phone. Just go to support.VIZIO.com and click on ‘Contact Us’. VIZIO

Sadly, the tv software is so glitchy that this tv is barely useable. Especially with an Xbox or ps4. You have to turn VRR off, reduce brightness and disable most features that made this tv worth buying in the first place. This is such a disappointment that I had to return it and get another tv. I really wanted this to be an amazing set but sadly it’s just not

Screen completely failed after 20 months

TV worked great for nearly 20 months. Then the screen completely died. Vizio support walking me through a couple simple troubleshooting items (which I had done before contacting support). Then suggested I try to find a local repair shop, but that the cost of repair is probably higher than simply buying a new unit. I understand it was past the standard 1 year warranty, but to provide no explanation for what happened or why and to not even provide help in finding a repair service is absurd for a $2,000 TV (the price I paid when it was released). First, a TV at this price point should last far longer than 20 months. Second, they should care enough about their customers to provide support beyond "turn it off and on again" then "throw it in a dumpster". Support insisted this isn't a known issue with the P-Series, which means it must be an issue with their TVs in general. Unless you like disposable TVs, stay away from Vizio.

This tv let me down in so many ways. I had this tv for 24 hrs and I have Vizio PTSD. It doesn't have most features it says it does or least they don't work. The picture can look good if nobody moves and games look pixely. It had multiple updates during the time I had it, but it would fix one thing and ruin another. Just look on reddit and you'll find SO MANY more issues. Maybe it will be better down the line, but if you bought a new car and it constantly had to be fixed, that would be called a lemon right. This tv gets no exception. I never bought a Vizio before because of the quality and now after owning one it confirmed my opinion about the product. The best thing I could say is the size of it 75" was great and it looked nice rarely. If you want to play with your settings all day every time you change it, good luck. Oh yeah by the tv gets 0 stars, but best but service was great, they are picking this junk up and bringing me the almighty LG CX 65", I just paid the difference. They get 5 stars, the one star is for uhh, well ..... It's just a star.

Hello y2krtaf, as televisions continue to have larger screens with thinner profiles and sleeker bezels, there is less room for large speakers. To help get the best audio quality out of your VIZIO televisions speakers, we’ve included settings like DTS Studio Sound to provide the highest performance possible, while maintaining the thin, sleek, bezel-less profile of your television. If you’d like any help adjusting your audio settings feel free to contact VIZIO support at 844-254-8087.  For top of the line audio performance, you may also look into purchasing a VIZIO Sound Bar, there are several models available with wireless subwoofers for enhanced bass, rear speakers for true surround sound, and our new line of Atmos Sound Bars.  VIZIO
