Miserable service from Vizio

I turned it off to adjust on articulating wall mount and when I turned it back on 1/3 of the screen was missing. When asking Vizio to honor warranty, they said I touched screen which broke screen and that was not covered by warranty. Since the touch was so light if at all that I did not notice, have to believe screen is not up to normal usage. Would not recommend purchase as I was forced to lay out another $2500 on a competing TV, hope when received will be a lot more ready for normal usage. In case you think this Newby mistake, have had Plasma or LCD TV's since they came out including a prior Vizio with no issues despite a number of moves and installs.

Absolutely not worth the money

Feels like every day I have a different bug or issue. Doesn’t work with my Vizio soundbar, terrible software, terrible quality. I have had so many issues it has guaranteed I’ll never buy Vizio again. Stay away, this software/firmware was NOT ready for release to the public

HORRIBLE TV.

Nothing but sound and volume issues since I’ve had it. Then they send someone to fix the problems and mess it up even worse. Now they have supposed to be replacing and it has been over one month with no contact from them about my replacement. If I could I would just get a refund. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

Bugs

Constant flickering screens. The bloom it had for something with what has more dimming zone than others was terrible! I exchanged for the x900h 75 inch which has only 32 zones and it did 100 times better than vizio with over 400 zones. Wow.

I was not able to call costumer service until after the one year warranty. So it was not honored, I wasted 1600 dlls on trash that broke within a year

Too many problems

However, it runs correctly 10% of the time. Way too many issues for the product being 2 weeks old. Vizio released it too early and did not figure out all the specs. Really disappointed.

RUN AWAY FROM VIZIO TV

If the TV is not running WebOS,Android TV, RokuOS and Tizen please stay far away from it. If you buy this TV just watch movies from Blu-ray player ok if not RUN

A beast - just fantastic

I have watched a ton of movies and played hundreds of games on various televisions over the years and so far this is the best one for the money. To truly see what the P75QX can do I would recommend checking out the 4K HDR Ghost in the Shell (with Scarlett Johansson) or Valerian on 4K. For gaming I would recommend Gears of War 5 on an XBOX One X. These really show off WHY you would want to buy 4k with HDR over standard bluray resolution. Playing standard Bluray titles really shine better on this TV as well. The brights are more defined while maintaining nice black levels. The color range is the best I've ever seen on a television. It is simply the best quality for the buck. You really want a high nit brightness level in a t.v. that at the same time can give nice dark level . This tv does it in spades!

Had 3 days won’t turn on.

Wanted to love it...

Daytime scenes practically make you feel the warmth of the sun... but then darker scenes are difficult to see. Adjust the brightness ever so slightly, and the brighter scenes will be too bright, with a washed-out look. Literally hurts the eyes. Tried various ways of tweaking the picture but just couldn’t get it right. Most unfortunate, as this TV is close to amazing, with its brilliant colors and deep blacks. But, after two weeks of trying to love it, ended up exchanging it for a different TV.

BUYER BEWARE !only displays 1080p from uhd discs

But this is serious here this TV does not play 4K Blu-ray disc in 4K it will only play in 1080P on the PS5 there’s no fix every single person with this TV all over the Internet has the same issue only plays in 1080P with UHD disc. Vizio doesn’t know when the firmware will come out but they’re working on it they say. I’ve only tested it with a PS five but I’m sure any 4K Blu-ray player will not work as it’s an issue with 4K 24HZ being broken in the TVs firmware I would not buy this TV unless I see right here a reply from Vizio confirming it is fixed with a firmware update because the TV is great if it works as advertised

Garbage
