Nice picture and spec but broken twice

Purchased it and got home to find out the screen was cracked. Returned for another but then it lasted less than 90 days. Came home turn it on but it would not start. BestBuy was no help. Vizio will replace but that will take 7-10 days.

TV continuously tries to adjust resolution

After about a month the TV started auto adjusting the resolution switching from 1080i and 480p every 10 seconds or so. At the suggestion from Vizio I changed a few settings, the input I was using, from Calibrated to Standard and it stopped for a while. I added a Denon receiver I got for Christmas and it started self adjusting again. I disconnected the stereo but the TV still self adjusts. I've tried everything to keep it from self adjusting. I've called Vizio and tried a few additional settings but nothing has helped. Vizio put me off by trying different setting long enough til it was out of warranty. Although I called in several times Vizio won't warranty the issue. Lesson learned. Don't let Vizio put you off... demand they fix the issue immediately.
