This product was great when I first started using it and it comes with the surround speakers instead of seperate like other brands. About a month of having it started hear this crackling noise. The noise was worse when dolby digital signal passed to it directly instead of TV converting to PCM, and this was very distracting during movie playback. Lucky I am Elite Plus so I was still able to take it back for exchange. Going to try one made by same company as TV this time.

After buying this the sub came unpaired, not good!!! I followed the troubleshooting and called Vizio they said if it won't stay paired it must be replaced this was the first one I purchased. I had only had it for 5 hours. I returned it for another model of vizio sounbar and it worked for a month and a week before doing the exact same thing. I love vizio TVs but their audio equipment needs some work.

It is a good system for a larger television. I am overall, satisfied.

We have been having problems with it working with our tv. It shuts off randomly and doesn't hook up with Bluetooth.

I was very pleased with the purchase of this surround system.

I haven't had a chance to hook up the system but I trust Vizio.

Right out of the box the subwoofer would not connect to the sound bar read through all directions customer support was on the line with me for over an hour. Told me it was defective and to return the soundbar. I had a 42 inch 2.1 soundbar from vizio before but this one turned me far far away from vizio. Returned it for the samsung 3.1 soundbar and love it save the money do not buy this product. I read the reviews on this soundbar before I bought it and seen a lot of issues with this. I was hoping for a good one but after consideration the Samsung sounded better in store anyways when I was debating a swap. I figured I can cast through my Samsung TV anyways so it didn't matter to me I guess. Total waste of hours of my life making this mistake sorry Vizio you lost me as a customer and I hope I can bring this review to save others of hours of frustration.

This is by far the best home sound system I have bought.
