Vizio does not stand behind their products

Vizio offered to replace one after it stopped working unexpectedly, but after the second one died and would no longer turn on, Vizio would not stand behind their product. All they offered was a discount on another product from their website. I would not buy this product or another Vizio product based on the quality of their products. Also, the app rarely connects to the soundbar. Always had issues with it working.

good until it broke just after 1 year

Not only would Vizio not replace the item, they have no lower cost options for repair or replace. Terrible, unthinkably bad customer support and service. I should have just spent the $200 extra and bought a quality Bose or Sonos product for which their company's provide much better customer support of such issued. Good luck staying in business like this Vizio. DO NOT BUY THIS CRAP!

Absolute Garbage

Dead animal inside subwoofer

I got this open box, and guess what... A DEAD ANIMAL WAS INSIDE THE SUB-WOOFER!!! Seriously... As soon as I opened the box, a weird small came out of it... Kept opening, and found pieces of cardboard inside the subwoofer... I'm guessing a mouse or rat crawled inside the subwoofer, and since this was an open box item, they just boxed it with the animal inside... and sent a DEAD ANIMAL to my house!!! I'm never buying ANYTHING from best buy ever again!!!
