The tech came when all the roads were snowy. He answered all my questions. Set up my smart plugs and explained setting up different devices on my alexas. He was very helpful.

The agents set up our Amazon Show and Echo Dot, gave us some helpful operational tips and information on apps to setup on our phones. We could have struggled through and got this set up but took advantage of our total tech support membership and eliminated the inevitable frustration.

The Echo device purchased is functioning as it should. We have not expanded the devices additional functions but intend too in the near future.

I'm not so sure I remember how to operate the voice control. The Geeks set it up and explained it but I need to work with it a bit more to get comfortable with it.

Set up Alexa but it kept indicating loading. Agent left. We tried moving Alexa closer to WI-FI signal and began working.

This review is for the in home Geek Squad tech help in setting up a new Apple Home Pod. I started before he arrived and followed the online voice prompts. He helped with the initial setup and when he left it was playing music. Then I realized I still didnt know how to download content and connect to local stations. The tech was obviously in a hurry to go somewhere and was out of here in a flash.

We really Love our Amazon Alexa! Our Geek Squad Tech Taylor Yori Did a Fantastic Job of explaining how it works and showing us how easy it works ! We couldn’t be happier with our new Alexa ! We’d definitely recommend this service to our friends!
