I set this up for my mom and it's awesome. Really fast and they make it look so simple. I really appreciate them taking the time to explain things and answer different questions. I always recommend geek squad services.

Love this product. I can get answers to anything very quickly. Listen to music , have my recipe displayed and google maps all at by voice command. This is a great product to have.

Our WiFi connection quit working. We could not get on the internet or check emails with our computers. It was because our WiFi connection was getting old. It was replaced & Geek hooked it up. Everything works great now!

It was quite a process. I felt like the geek squad was courteous and trying very hard, but always had a few more things that could’ve been set up. For instance, the geek squad left and yet my ring doorbell doorbell was not connected to the new Wi-Fi device I did however call the ring corporation where they walked me through doing it myself. So no harm no foul I also had a little problem because the other devices in my house we’re not completely set up with the new Wi-Fi system but I was able to handle that too thank you so much cake squad
