device set up but not working properly. Obliviously, tech did not verify prior to leaving. Personnel on site did say he was extremely nice.

Our WiFi connection quit working. We could not get on the internet or check emails with our computers. It was because our WiFi connection was getting old. It was replaced & Geek hooked it up. Everything works great now!

Very pleased with the service. installation of a wide screen TV and connection to my home theater system was accomplished without a hitch.

We needed certain items set up after we were gone for 6 weeks. The Geek Squad associate was able to get certain items going, but said she was not approved to perform other services which we thought should have been included. We were extremely disappointed in the service.

It was quite a process. I felt like the geek squad was courteous and trying very hard, but always had a few more things that could’ve been set up. For instance, the geek squad left and yet my ring doorbell doorbell was not connected to the new Wi-Fi device I did however call the ring corporation where they walked me through doing it myself. So no harm no foul I also had a little problem because the other devices in my house we’re not completely set up with the new Wi-Fi system but I was able to handle that too thank you so much cake squad

Alex our installer was awesome! He went through everything so that I could understand and answered all my questions.

Wise decision on my part to use Geek Squad expertise in setting up in-house Alexa system. I would use service again. Geek Squad make it look really simple.

I recently purchased a security camera,a wifi booster and two smart home plug in controllers, but I could not get any of them to work. Geek squad started by relocating my router. Then all the other things worked!

The BB Geek squad person came out and setup our Alexa Echo device within 15 minutes. We had tried to do it ourselves and were not successful. We get great service from the Geek Squad.
