The BB Geek squad person came out and setup our Alexa Echo device within 15 minutes. We had tried to do it ourselves and were not successful. We get great service from the Geek Squad.

Gave two stars because the Tech showed up on time. He was here an hour and accomplished absolutely nothing except to say he couldn't make things work. We have a smart home and wanted to connect everything to a hub. I have used Geek squad before in other places I've lived and they did great work. Not this time though.

Techs set everything up so they all talk to each other. My Alexa and ring and my wireless door lock. They explained how everything worked too. Making it easy for us.

The Echo Show voice control is a great product for controlling in home devices. It performs a lot of functions and makes things hands free. Voice control is the way to go.

We needed certain items set up after we were gone for 6 weeks. The Geek Squad associate was able to get certain items going, but said she was not approved to perform other services which we thought should have been included. We were extremely disappointed in the service.

Geek Squad set up and installed my Nest Hello Doorbell, Nest Hub and voice control. Works perfectly. Great job and only way to go.
