Agents Nolan and Daniel were awesome. They knew exactly what to do and got me set back up. They went above and beyond.

It was quite a process. I felt like the geek squad was courteous and trying very hard, but always had a few more things that could’ve been set up. For instance, the geek squad left and yet my ring doorbell doorbell was not connected to the new Wi-Fi device I did however call the ring corporation where they walked me through doing it myself. So no harm no foul I also had a little problem because the other devices in my house we’re not completely set up with the new Wi-Fi system but I was able to handle that too thank you so much cake squad

We needed certain items set up after we were gone for 6 weeks. The Geek Squad associate was able to get certain items going, but said she was not approved to perform other services which we thought should have been included. We were extremely disappointed in the service.

The BB Geek squad person came out and setup our Alexa Echo device within 15 minutes. We had tried to do it ourselves and were not successful. We get great service from the Geek Squad.
