This is a great remote. Easy to set up as a replacement. The audio commands are amazing.

After waiting for this remote to come back into stock, I finally took delivery of it a few weeks ago. It started misfunctioning soon after I charged it for the first time - the volume buttons wouldn't work and pushing the "mute" button brought up a prompt on my TV asking which of the programmable buttons (1 or 2) I wanted to launch. Best Buy Total Tech Support was unable to help so advised me to return for exchange or refund. I exchanged it - the new unit is working fine.

Paired easily with my roku ultra. Works fine, the two programable shortcut buttons are a nice touch. Have not yet had to recharge battery after just three weeks.

we had good help finding the part and when we got it home it was very easy to apply to our existing television. I expected a lot of setup and pairing the new controller but it was jus as the package directed and we had no difficulty getting things all back in order. Having dealt with a different controller and failing to get results, this was a much better experience

Roku Rechargeable Remote is an essential upgade/replacement to the standard battery powered remote. A reliable renewable energy solution. Even if you don't remember to charge via a usb wall outlet, if you have usb enabled theater seating, you can charge before or while you enjoy your viewing. You don’t have to buy a new Roku device with remote because you purchase just the remote separately. Try to find a sale or use reward points to upgrade your Roku setup.

Can only give this 4 stars as we’ve had to return it a couple of times due to the box suddenly losing sound. That being said, the talk features of the remote are worth the price of admission. Just being able to say “hey Roku, find the remote” has saved us so many hassles. Now I even bought one for the kid that is always losing his remote lol.

I've been a decade long Roku user. This remote has everything I want from the remote! Even programmable buttons for shortcuts to your favorite apps! My only complaint is that there are no headphones included as shown on the package. While it doesn't list it on the box anywhere that they are included it also does not note that they aren't. Not even on the website description. I had to discover it out after I received the remote. Not a huge deal just thought they were included.

EASY TO SET UP AND USE. THE VOICE COMMND BUTTON MAKES EASY FOR MY GRANDSON TO RECALL HIS FAVORITE SHOWS.

So glad I upgraded to this remote. The charger is a game changer. I use earphones a lot to watch TV and it was really draining the batteries. So nice to just charge it now. And I literally just speak and it does everything I need. Perfect for me.
