    The ease of installation was great. I have several of these located throughout my home as I replaced all of my cable boxes with the exception of one with these. The only problem I have had is that the device will become unresponsive to any remote commands and has to be unplugged and restarted. I've had to do that more times than I would like. It occurs most often when using the Xfinity app as opposed to other apps. I haven't really noticed any other issues and I would recommend this device to anyone considering making a purchase.

    No more tearing the house up looking for the remote, you know the one the kids “have no idea where it is” now you can call out for it and it’ll make nosie until you find it! No more changing batteries either! Just plug it in when needed (I’ve had my remote for about a month haven’t charged yet). Highly recommend! It does a bunch of other cool stuff also! I’d like to get more but I’m worried if I call out for one, they’ll all go off :”D
