This remote is worth the upgrade for Roku devices. The rechargeable feature is so convenient to not have to deal with batteries. It paired quite easily. I enjoy the headphones for private listening. It is better than using phone app to listen privately. I have small TV set up below my large tv to watch and listen to sports while other programming on large tv.

I’ve been using the Pro remote for a few weeks and so I far I have no complaints. I charged it fully out of the box and I haven’t had to recharge it yet.

Since my siblings kept and kept loosing the other remote that they would use to turn off the tv, and one day the completely lost it, and I was tired of using my phone to turn the tv since it kept crashing to connect. And I decided to pick one up from target but it wasn’t the right one, so my only hope was Best Buy and thankfully it was the right one

Works very well and was a good replacement for the lost remote.

A bit pricy for a remote but the voice search feature works nice and it also has a find my remote feature that you can enable.

My old Roku remote finally gave up the ghost, so I bought the one with more features with an earphone jack and a mute button. It's working great and the mute is really handy feature over the old model.

I have a TCL Series 5 - Roku TV, which came with an IR Roku remote. The remote has never been great. I had to hold my hand/arm up and aim, usually trying more than once to get a response. This has been a great upgrade and at a reasonable price. I don't have to aim it toward the TV and it works. Rechargeable is nice, as I don't have to worry about batteries being on hand. Set-up is a breeze with the TV and the RF capability is what the TV should have come with in the first place. I had to order this and I see why they were selling out.

Easy installation. Love the find my remote feature.

I really like the convenience and performance of Rokus overall. I like the option of the earphone jack but would much rather it use regular or rechargeable AA batteries...so when it goes dead, I don't need to wait for it to recharge. They apparently quit making the cheaper version with an earphone jack.
