If you lose charge, it won’t work the second you plug it in. I’ve also tried two sets of ear buds snd I have issues with both. The sound cuts in and out. I still like the ability to use earbuds. I wish I could use Bluetooth, though, You can’t use a headset and charge at the same time.

Once I plugged in and into a speaker the volume was so low out of the speaker I could barely hear it. Even with the tv and speaker on max volume. Tried both Bose portable speaker and Bose headphones. The rechargeable battery worked great. I only used about 10% of the charge before returning the remote.

When private listening is activated with headphones, users will not hear audio from the TV speakers. However, if you need support for multiple listeners, you can use private listening for up to 4 devices via the Roku mobile app.
