Constantly loses connection with the TV. Constantly happens that you just touch the volume button a couple times to go up and it races the volume all the way to Max out of nowhere. Several times shows that I plugged headphones into the remote when I didn't. Also was difficult to pair with your TV at the start because I have a soundbar and the audio never stops going through if you have a soundbar, or you have external speakers plugged in through the headphone jack like I do on another TV that had the same problem. y You must tell the TV to put the audio through the TV so that you can hear the audio stop so that you know you're trying to control the correct tv otherwise impossible

Cannot access and change local TV channels like 4 6 12 58 no good. Why do you want my email you already have it how do you think I got this. Also have phone access so we could call your store and ask a question or get help.

The remote just stops responding quite frequently even at 100%, so it has to be plugged in to get it responsive again. Then even if it's responsive it'll do multiple button presses with one press. The only reason it gets two stars is because you can ask it to find the remote and it'll make a sound and I like that headphones can be plugged in so tv and movies can be watched at night.
