    It worked great - at first. Then it started doing crazy things. For instance, the headphone jack would quit working and would allow my television audio to work waking up my wife. This has happened multiple times along with the remote freezing and doing nothing. Re-pairing the remote would sometimes fix the problem but not always. I'm going to take it back.

    Worst remote from poor signal to 1 hour battery

    First one had intermittent problems with the volume control and power control to the tv, and the second one's battery doesnt last more than an hour in just the span of 3 weeks. Conveniently 1 week past the return period. You'd be better off trying a third party remote than this junk.

    Remote doesn’t charge. The battery lasted for a several months on the initial charge. Once plugged in to recharge, that charge does not last for more than 10 minutes.

    Bought this remote 4 months ago and it has given me issues since the first month! Doesn’t keep a charge, buttons randomly stop working, voice recognition only working sometimes and the most recent problem, the remote finder sound WONT STOP GOING OFF! Every couple of minutes it just starts beeping for no reason! Will not stop and it’s been doing this for hours.

    Very Disappointed. Tried 2 of these and the earphones didn’t work on either one. Two set of earphones worked on a different remote in a different room. Just gave up on these . Will use earbuds connected to TV

    Short Battery life - drains even when not in use for weeks, requiring recharging almost every time the TV is turned on. I ended up buying 2 regular battery remotes from Amazon for 1/2 of what this one cost!

    Worked great for 9 months. Needed recharging just 2a couple of times ... until this week. Now the battery drains to 10% in under 24hrs. Website reports it's a hardware issue. It's going back to Best Buy tomorrow.

    This remote was great in the beginning! However, after about 3 months it went crazy. It will not work without the charger being attached. It will display on the TV that it is 100% charged. When you unplug it, it will not work. Also, the charger cord constantly falls out of the port!

    Does not work. Right channels do not come up even when you speak them into the remote. Not worth buying doesn’t seem to work any different than a regular one

    I bought this controller Oct 23, 2022, its now Oct 15, 2023 and the controller needs ro be replaced. The batter went bad and thr voice control never worked properly since day one.

    TV controls forget

    These are great, in theory. We love that these are rechargable and they seem to hold a charge for quite some time. However, when the remotes got TV controls, we were really excited because we no longer needed 2 remotes next to us at all times. Well, we are back to 2 remotes because these remotes seem to randomly forget and remember the TV programming. The volume controls will stop working in the middle of you turning up or down the volume or it will get stuck and lower it rapidly to 0 or all the way up to 100 while you panic and scramble for the TV remote. I've tried reprogramming them and it doesnt help. If you buy these, good luck.
