    The earbuds plug does not work on this remote regardless of how many different sets of earbuds I plug in. I exchanged it for a new one and I am still having the same exact problem. I love my Rokus but the Roku Pro is a dud. Save your money.

    Not delivered in a timely manner. Remote does not have programmable buttons. They are already set and marked for four services.

    Used it twice. Third time the speaker system is crackling and the remote no longer functions. it was sitting in a cabinet for a few months.

    Volume Function Disconnects/doesn't Work

    The volume function constantly disconnects and requires using the tv-specific remote. Disappointing that such a primary function does not work properly.

    Broke after 1 month of usage. Ruku wanted to RA the device and charge me for shipping. I ended up going with ChromeCast and it's light years better.

    JUNK!!! This remote is a steaming pile of junk. It has terrible battery life, the find my remote feature doesn't work at all, and lags on the screen.

    I've had this remote for 2 months and the connection to my TV is intermittent even when fully charged. It worked well for the first 30 days but is now extremely unreliable.

    The volume control only works when I have the ear plugs in. Can’t figure out why that is, but have been too busy with Covid issues to get back to the store.
