    This remote is a piece of crap. It rarely hears me if I'm standing only a few feet away, and when it does hear me it doesn't understand what I'm saying. I speak quite clearly. I know how to enunciate. There is no excuse for this not to work with my voice. The other feature that it seems to have going on which is not at all fun is it keeps going back to the home screen when I'm watching any of my streaming services. If I could give it zero Stars I would. What a waste of $30.

    Worthless. Remote lost its charge in a few days. Re-charged it and again lost its charge quickly. Then had trouble getting it to recharge at all. Once it recharged it did not last long. Contacted Roku customer support and was promised guidance by email or phone call. Did not happen,. Contacted them again, went through various fixes. Was told the problem was being elevated to the expert team to determine the resolution. Again, no word. More contacts, more delays. By teh time I gave up it was too late to return to Best Buy!

      As a tip, always be certain to use the charging cable that came with your new Voice Remote Pro. Not all cables are created equally and we've noticed that customers who use alternative cables may not have the best experiences. Also, if you are utilizing private listening, be sure to unplug your headphones when not in-use to help conserve battery life.

    Device consistently skips several steps instead of moving from one single item to the next. Volume control works inconsistently.

    Even though there are earbuds displayed on the box, there are no earbuds, in the box. The remote works, it's just deceptive not receiving what is advertised. The lesson here is, shop in person.

    I give one star because every time I install the remote control it works well for half an hour and stop working, it is like that every time, I don't know what to do anymore, I have tried everythingI have a Samsung TV

    Malfunctioning rechargeable battery. Worst remote

    This is the worst remote ever. This Roku remote was the third one I bought (my kids bought the other two so had no receipts) in Dec 2021. In July 2022 the remote started frizzing out. The rechargeable battery is malfunctioning. You have to plug in the remote to USB charger to make it work even though it shows battery at 100%. DO NOT BUY ROKU REMOTE.
