    Volume Controls Not Working

    Worked well for about a year, then the internal battery started rattling around loosely and volume controls worked intermittently. Now (~1.5 yrs after purchase) the volume controls don’t work at all. Would prefer a regular battery option.

    Batteries lose their ability to charge in a short

    I was initially pleased with these devices. The 3 remotes I purchased lost their ability to recharge in less than 2 years. Customer service was no help since they were out of the initial Warranty.

    I love Roku but this remote is not any good, when using private listening the sound keeps going out and it mutes the television so no one else can hear the tv.

    Battery drain with headphone use

    It was easy to pair. I bought it for my mother, so she could listen with headphones. She keeps the tv on 12-14 hours a day, and the battery is drained every 4 days, needing recharging.

      As a quick note, the Voice Remote Pro will last approximately 2 months under normal use. With that being said, normal use can widely vary from person to person. Utilizing private listening will typically drain the battery on your remote faster than when not being used.

      As a tip, be sure to remind your mother to unplug the headphones when not in use—this will help to extend the battery life!

    Wish I could give a better review but half the buttons didn’t work right out of the box. Returned and didn’t bother exchanging.

    Voice remote Roku

    I never used the voice part of the remote and it did not even stay charged 30 days.
