I have several of these located throughout my home as I replaced all of my cable boxes with the exception of one with these. The only problem I have had is that the device will become unresponsive to any remote commands and has to be unplugged and restarted. I've had to do that more times than I would like. It occurs most often when using the Xfinity app as opposed to other apps. I haven't really noticed any other issues and I would recommend this device to anyone considering making a purchase.

No more changing batteries either! Just plug it in when needed (I’ve had my remote for about a month haven’t charged yet). Highly recommend! It does a bunch of other cool stuff also! I’d like to get more but I’m worried if I call out for one, they’ll all go off :”D
