    I had lost my Roku remote and Best Buy had this one on sell. It worked well. Because it is a Roku remote it worked exactly like the one I lost. The pairing process with my Roku device was easy. I especially liked that it is rechargeable so I don't have to keep changing batteries.

    Not sure if it’s just my older Roku 4k stick or this remote but there’s a lot of lag in responsiveness to clicks that the other remotes didn’t have.

    Remote works well. Every once in awhile, the volume button doesn’t work. Have no idea why. Hence, the 4 stars. Other than that, it’s great to have the voice control option.

    the item was great but the ear plug does not come with the remote. As shown in the photo an ear plug is in the picture. It did not work I tried 3 different ear plugs. As for the other features every thing was fine.
