I'm feeling the breeze!

But after cracking open my window and having it right in front of it I do feel a cool wind. The AC in my house isn't working so to have this Vornado is like a blessing. The noise could be a bit much if you have it on high but mine is usually set on low and it feels pretty darn nice :)

Quit Working Less Than A Year

louder than anticipated
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This works nicely as an air flow circulator and is attractive but it's much louder than I anticipated it'd be. It's similar to a cheap box fan...just much smaller and more attractive. I also find that this is priced higher than I'd be willing to pay for it. Overall, I'd recommend it but only at a discounted price.

Amazing fan

The airflow is awesome, small footprint, and helps cool my home and keep it comfortable. It's not a loud fan and has a nice sound level that helps me go to sleep and stay asleep. Great product!

Even though Best Buy had left an old sticker on the shelf (I bought online and picked it up at the store) and I got it for $10 below advertised price, I took it back my next opportunity. It just did not get the job done. When I powered it up, I assumed it would come on at the lowest speed, and I thought, OK, not bad. When I pushed the button for II, the speed went the other direction, slower. It came on at the highest setting. I was NOT blown away. To me, the unit is significantly underpowered for the price. Cheap $15 box fans move more air than this did. That's not what I bought to replace it, but what I did buy is a significant improvement at $30 less. A bit louder, but not by much. I would probably have to move up to a Vornado model costing in excess of $100 to equal the performance as far as cooling power.
