    This fan is good for not being a shop or industrial based fan. It is fairly strong for a standard, household style fan. It is pretty quiet for the work it does. Other fans that are stronger will definitely have increased noise over this. So, take that for what it is worth. As others mention, the base will be tough to set up at the start. I held it against myself while seated, and that helped me. The price is expected, but some might have an issue with that. I do not.

    Fans are quite, the magnetic remote that docks on the top of fan is great . And the led lights are dimmable and are a nice design feature of the fan
