Those who,bought it and think it cools must be where the outside temp is 65-70. I’m in the southwest 100 today and usually over 100. My refrigerated air went out on a Saturday ,and the company I use is closed weekends. Inside my house is now 89. This fan is doing next to nothing. I spent with tax over $100 for little to nothing for my money. I wouldn’t buy it

Posted .We are sorry to hear you are disappointed. We would like to point out that no fan cools the air. It simply will move the air within the environment at the temperature of the room. The cooling effect you feel with a fan is due to the air flowing over you not from the fan itself. Regular circulators do not have a cooling element like an air conditioner does. If you believe you are eligible to return the unit, we suggest you contact the seller or our consumer service team.

Accumulates a lot of dust bunnies' in the back where it sucks the air in. Makes noise after 6 month use.

The internal fan blades were not properly installed from the factory, so when you turned the unit on, the fan blades hit the plastic housing. There was no way to fix this. Also, the battery in the remote was DOA, so you'd have had to purchase another new battery to even check it to ensure the remote was working. Kind of a bummer, hopefully they get these production kinks worked out as the product had merit.

Out of box failure.

Assembled base and plugged it only for it to not work. Oscillates back and forth but the fan doesn't spin. Return process also less than ideal. No option for exchange unit sent to me. Can only return the unit UPS or in store and no store in 50 miles of me has it. Overall terrible experience with vornado and best buy in general.
