Great fan. Strong and cools the room quickly Definitely recommend this.

I understand the product is suppose to be quiet but it almost feels like its blowing no air … blows air 75 ft away bs more like 3 feet

Idk air is not that strong one or fresh enough. Could have gotten a cheaper one at sams with stronger fresh air. Unfortunately could not return it since the time frame passed. I tegret this purchase

1st fan arrived broken, best buy consultant picked it up and ordered the replacement. Liked the fan, ordered a 2nd, it wouldn't work either!

Dead on arrival!!!!!!! Had it delivered to my house, turns on, oscillates, but doesn't blow air. Useless

This product didn't work upon opening the box. It powers on, but there is no air flow at all whatsoever.

I have been using it for for over a year now, it has no issues and is working good.

I will never purchase another Vornado product again. Constantly squeaking on every setting possible, had less than a year. Save your money unless you like loud obnoxious noises

Omg so terrible, my fan doesn’t work. It rotates really slow when the speed is very high. I’m not sure if I received someone’s returned item since the packaging was in poor condition as well.

It was great and quiet in the first month, but there is a very sharp noise occurring from time to time. Now it has that noise all the time when I turn it on.

It’s an ok fan, but don’t expect it to cool off the room

Thing raddled when bringing box inside. Opened it up and would only oscillate not actually blow any air.

Fan started making loud annoying squeaking sounds after a month. Tried WD40 and it works until the next day. Return period was like 2 weeks. Low quality expensive crap

Vornado described whole room air circulation but I don’t see or feel whole room $ 100 fans should be better that they described I like to return it but my wife like it

No air comes out of this fan. I love vornado products and have bought many fans over the years but this is the first tower fan I've bought. I do not recommend.

wouldn’t recommend after a year it starts to make this awful squeaking sound that you can’t get rid of even after lubricating the gears

One of my old roommates left a Vornado 143 tower here and it was old and made a lot of squeaking and rattling noises but it moved an impressive amount of air. With the incoming heat (we are already hitting the 90s in Colorado - yikes!), I knew I needed a new fan. I did a lot of research and it was between this and a 660 but I ultimately settled on the OSCR37 because of the lower minimum and maximum noise levels and my previous enjoyment of the tower design. I keep it set to low and it is placed on the other side of the room and it blows a cooling breeze on me and at 31dB, it doesn’t interfere with me watching TV while the Vornado 143 - forget about it. The oscillating function is not needed with a device like this, however, I do like the fact I can be sitting on my bed and decide that I want to get the breeze directly off me and push a button on a remote — unfortunately, I have to press the button multiple times more often than not to get it to register. For the price, Vornado could have done away with infrared remotes. I don’t have any other cons. The base is not difficult to assemble if you’re smart - if you just try to line the two pieces up, they’re not going to snap together. Align the boxes on the bottom and tilt the pieces until they hook into each other and then push - easy and sturdy! If you are sensitive to fan noise like I am, you want a device that looks sleek but is still functional, with a 5 year warranty, don’t pass this one up. It moves a deceptive amount of air for the size and as is always the case with an air circulator, you don’t feel it as much right in front of it as you do distanced from it. I did something this year that I have never done - I turned the AC up to 74. My roommates turned it down to 73 because that’s their comfort level - my comfort level is usually 70 and we have already had 90s here and I have not been hot in my room! Get the Vornado, you won’t be disappointed!
