good for small rooms but has a glitch it turns off on its own various times. Even with temp set it will turn off before reaching temp as if it was over heating

overpriced, really love the brand but this heater has circuit issues and barely heats up a room. if they work out the kinks it would be a pretty good product but overall disappointed with vornado

Bought my VMH500 in Novmeber 2018 to heat up our living room while we were in there for an average of three hours a day. I made sure it was in its own circuit on in my home and cleaned out the screen regularly as I would see some build up on occasion. I never thought the heater would break down within one winter season in California. I send an email to Vornado hoping to receive a reply on what may have happen, but still nothing after three weeks of receiving an automatic email saying they are busy and will get back to me soon. Please do not buy this model. If you do invest in this product through best buy, buy the warranty.

Got this to save on my PGE but it uses just as much electricity as much as my gas bill

I have small children and this is great! Warms the whole house and has the safety. No burns to tiny fingers. Auto shutoff. Worth the money.

Great little heater with a lot of safety features. Bought for out camper and it does a great job.

I have a Vornado in every kids room and now in my home office (basement) and they work great. Best of all, I trust their products.

This is a very nice looking heater. I only use it a little so I can’t speak to regular use of it but I have no complaints for what I do use it for.

This heater is well built and does not easily tip over. It seems to spread the heat around the entire room better than other heaters I've used.

Really disappointed with the product. Over hyped. My wife uses it sit less then two feet from her. The room it sit in is smaller then the recommended. She said it will be going back to the store.

I do not use this because it keeps flipping my breaker box.

It’s hard to give a higher rating even though I don’t blame Bed, Bath and Beyond directly. It’s their choice of who they ship with.

A great little space heater. It warms my den up which is a 12x14’ size room, also the remote is an added plus.

What can I say....it’s hot hot hot!!! Good for warming small rooms without running up your electric bill warming an entire home.

Works great …. Is a little loud on low setting … but still a good buy

We used it in basement bedroom. It only worked for a year. Sometimes struggle to turn up/down or on/off. Now it’ll smell burn if we use it, stopped used it now.
