The size of the item seemed to promise a lot better heat output. The digital room heat setting is nice and the handle makes it convenient to move around. However, my wife objected to the large size. We have a little (8" x 6" X 6") heater that puts out at least as much as this big box and it's 20 years old. I took the product back and stuck with the little ceramic heater for now.

This heater is great and covers full room warmth easily.

I wanted a space heater that was attractive and blended in to my decor. Unfortunately it lacks in quality. Around 30 days it started with faint tinny rattle. Which has now turned into a really loud obnoxious tinny rattle.

I use this in my office and it works great. A little noisy.

This is really sad. I only use this space heater consistently in the winter months. That's about 3-4 months for me. So I got 6 months(4 months in 2021; it died on me in the middle of 2022 winter) of use out of this heater before the fan died on me. It turns on, but there is no heat production and no moving fan. I will not be purchasing from this brand again as the cost benefit is extremely low. The quality is not good to only be lasting 6 months. Its only in my bedroom as well. What a waste of money.

Stopped working on the 22nd day! Best Buy won’t let me return it because it’s been more than 15 days

Vornado whole room metal heater, good quality.....

This product is advertised as a quality product, and it is.

Worked for like 3 days then started having issues. Warranty said to contact Vornado for a replacement, but that's too much hassle for this little heater. Took it apart, faulty "level ground safety" or whatever you want to call it. Took it off, bypassed the wiring. It's thermometer is way off.

Both my purchase and my niece's purchase was a disappointment. Both heaters just stopped at times. And it was not due to it overheating, any object nearby, nor was it due to the electrical outlet.

thermostat was 5 degrees off, I used both an analog and digital thermometer in same room as controls. Room temp would always ready 4-5 degrees hotter than the actual room temp. This means that the room temp would be 4-5 degrees cooler than what I set it to. It appeared that the heating element in the unit would cause the false reading. I turned unti off and unplugged for an hour so that it would be be ambient room temo, I turned on but did not activate heat but kept fan on , at this point room temp was correct. The moment I set temp high enough to activate heating cycle the room tempt reading would shoot up even though the actual room temp was unchanged . Unit was returned

Bought this as an additional heating provider for my living room. It has three settings two heat one of them just a fan. The lowest setting for heat is absolutely junk does nothing. The only thing good about this is that it looks nice.

The Vornado did not live up to my expectations. It did not allow me to set the timer to regulate how long the heater would stay on. Followed the instructions but unable to make it work. Also, it stayed on after the temperature setting reached the value set.

Thought this would create good airflow but it’s very poor flow. Now just 2 months later it stopped working all together.
