Ours died in less than 4 months

It isn't up against a wall or blocked in any way. It sits behind my wife in our office and is typically set a low temperature. Out of the blue it stopped working. We unplugged it and re-plugged it several times. The lights come on, but there is no heat or fan. Let it sit for a while and tried again - then it came on, sort of. It is on and then off with respect to heat and fan. Disappointing as we got it in December, and now in March it is dead.
