Terrible…DON’T BUY

Less than 2 months after having it, it stopped working. It started with the temperature reading not showing up. Then the monitor would randomly make a popping noise. And now it won’t charge. It will only stay on if I keep it plugged in. Once I unplug it, it only has 1 charge bar and this is after having it on the charge for hours. I have a child with special needs who requires close monitoring and now I have to scramble to buy another monitor (not this one) asap. A complete waste of money and Best Buy wouldn’t correct the issue.

The sound is very good! We are more basic people so I don’t need all the bells and whistles, just wanted a good pic and sound and that’s what we got with this one that also didn’t break the bank!
