Terrible speaker on camera unit and hard to navita

TERRIBLE speaker quality. The parent unit is pretty clear but the kid unit is ridiculous. I have to speak so loud I’m almost yelling for her to hear me! The menu is annoying to navigate and somewhat complicated. Took me days to figure out how to move the camera using the parent unit and it’s almost impossible to get it to cooperate because it is tied into the volume arrows and side to side menu selection, so if you’re in the wrong area of the menu it won’t move the kid unit. I’m returning this monitor and getting something better.

May be I need to revisit settings on it and/or I will go thru manual again.

Terrible…DON’T BUY

Less than 2 months after having it, it stopped working. It started with the temperature reading not showing up. Then the monitor would randomly make a popping noise. And now it won’t charge. It will only stay on if I keep it plugged in. Once I unplug it, it only has 1 charge bar and this is after having it on the charge for hours. I have a child with special needs who requires close monitoring and now I have to scramble to buy another monitor (not this one) asap. A complete waste of money and Best Buy wouldn’t correct the issue.
