Very complicated and difficult to manage. Couldn’t get time to be correct. Many things not worth the effort. Redial. Erase phone entry and on and on.

I was not able to activate the phones, and had to return them.

Worst phone we have EVER had in our 53 1/2 years of marriage. We get a dial tone every time we try to answer the phone. The only thing we can use this system for is an answering machine. We do not want cell phones, etc. answered on this phone. We only use it as our land line and CANNOT use it for that purpose.

Did not like the way these phones work. Looking to But another brand

Button 1 on one handset (used for long distance as well as in some private or commercial #'s) does not respond. May be stuck, but can not be used for outward calls or long distance containing 1. None of the handset keyboards feel smooth and flowing as they should when dialing.

My phone arrived today. I went to set it up and it has clearly been used. It is scuffed, dirty and dusty...but it arrived all sealed up. Very disappointed. Will purchase from a different vendor.

These phones perform poorly the buttons are hard to push in they do not want to work when you do the distance absolutely sucks I do not recommend these phones to anybody

Worst operating system I’ve ever seen. Unintuitive, too many screens to do the simplest thing.

Difficult to put together. Still have not done so. Problem is the back.area where the battery goes.

My old phone system was dropping calls due to outdated technology. This system is working great as well as the call blocker function. Easy to pair with your cell phone for calls, but no texting.

Great range with quality sound. Set up lengthy.Right out of box the buttons on the main hand set stick.The buttons on the 4 phones were ok

The VTech phone system is great. It's easy to use and has very good clarity. We replaced our last VTech system after fifteen years with this one and appreciate the technology updates.

Well made quality product. I’m so happy that I am no longer receiving robocalls since the first day I set up the system. There is a unique program where the robocall is being deterred. Great feature.

hand sets are slightly bigger than i like but overall a very good phone. smartblock is great and 1000 blocked calls keeps unwanted calls at bay.

Easy to set up. Large font. There is good range with these phones.

phone itself is average. Bought to replace landline with cell phone bluetooth connection. Instructions are overly brief and not helpful Instructions should be presented in a nice sequential order, not placed inside a multiple page folded set up. Instructions should be in a tree format; not embedded beside all instructions.

Good system. Call blocking feature is good addition. Speakerphone quality quite good.

I bought this product for one reason, to eliminate the all day scam calls to my home phone #. The "smart call block" feature is fantastic. The nice thing also is the ability to add a number to the block setting when a call occasionally does get through. Other then that, this device has basically eliminated my phone ringing all day long from scammers!
