The phones are the best! Very clear reception.....and the batteries are the strongest ever! The Bluetooth capability I have yet to use...but am certain I will in the very near future! The design and size of the handsets are the most perfectly made and are very compatible to any one person’s ear. And even a person with hearing aids will have no trouble with hearing thru the ear piece. Also...the rings are very easily heard. And the instructions to setup the phone for operation are so absolutely clearly spoken to help any one to follow. Even people who are getting older and not from the “computer age” group can manage to set the system up. And having a light that flashes as soon as a call is incoming....is the best idea ever. And the caller ID is most easily read. And even the “ block” call feature is the most needed to stop robo calls! Simply said this phone system is a great buy for the modest price. A person gets one heck of a good purchase! If 10 would be excellent....I would rate it at a 15!

I don't use the automatic block option, so I can't comment on that. The range for the phone is quite far, although if leaving a handset at a good distance from the base, it is a good idea to either exchange it or bring it close to the bar every few days to reaffirm the connection. I am thrilled with the longevity of the charge on the handsets! They last for days for me on a charge. I am a bit frustrated that I've yet to figure out how to view a scrolling list of the last numbers that I dialed, but that is a mild inconvenience. Overall I am glad that I chose this model.

Has excellent range and no interference with other devices. Clear sound quality on both ends of call. Handset/base station Mute button helpful when using speakerphone. Headset jack is convenient. Battery charge lasts for several days on average.

They are holding a charge longer than my Panasonic phones, They are much clearer people tell me they can hear me loud and very clear compared to my last Panasonic phone, My last phone was only 2 yrs old and became junk fast, Only problem with V tech I don’t know how to use them. I can’t figure out my phone contact list, Or how to block calls either. It’s frustrating otherwise they are comfy and I like the light on top when it rings I find them easily

Nice landline phone system to replace our previous vTech phone that got struck by lightening! Set up was easy especially with voice tutorials. Has capability to answer cell phone with this handset.stays charged off the base for a long time.

great value for the price. I've used at least 100 portable phones throughout my businesses and Vtech was always the most durable, reliable and longest lasting. I originally purchased vtechs about 23 years ago after I had seen they also produced kids' toys. If they can make a toy that takes the abuse of a toddler, then they must have designed a durable phone. I was right.

After using the phones for awhile we have found that the time setting keeps loosing time for some reason. 3 - 4 hr every 24 hours ??( Just the clock ) Battery's hold a charge and they are easy to set up. However one of the phones answer buttons does Not function. Have to use the the other 3

Good use for an old couple. Simple to use and easy to block spam calls with.battery life is good even after a full day use.

The handset hold a good battery life and good voice clarity. So far we enjoy our new system versus our older ATT handsets.

I am totally satisfied with the phones They hold the charge for a very long time.
