We have used these for over 2 years and they work great!

I bought this to replace a Panasonic set that had two handsets that no longer showed a display. These are great replacement system - so great that I bought 2 additional handsets so that every area/room in my house now has a handset.

I’m finally free of telemarketers and it’s wonderful. Just set up system to screen all Calls and they just hang up. Call is not forwarded to you to answer. I was disappointed with Best Buy that they didn’t carry the extra handset’s. I had to order extra handsets direct from Vtech.

Really great system. Easy to set up and love how slim they are. Also the answering machine voice doesn't sound as robotic as the older machines. This is our first V-Tech phone product but thus far we are liking it much better than the Panasonic set that had died out that we replaced.

I bought this item because I needed five phones to cover the living areas of my house. After installing all five units, I four working phones and one that does not work. Can I swap out the one bad headset for a single headset that you sell. I don’t want to have to uninstall the whole system for one headset?

This was exactly what I was needing. After getting fiber optics, I only had 1 useable phone jack.

It's pretty, but it took about a month before it began working reasonably well. This system has a lot of bells and whistles but I can't begin to understand the instructions how to get them to work. I need my son or grandson here to guide me through 'em. Unfortunately, they live in a different state.

I like the and the features. Reception is good. Voice is clear. The manual is very poorly written. I’m sure I not using all the features I might like but who knows.

Great set. Still working on a few things to set up. But, overall, very happy. Love the lighted displays.

The phone system has excellent robo prevention call features, is well made and looks great. However, the basic set up to dial out menu is too complex and needs revising.

I am very satisfied with the Vtech 5 phone purchase. The phones were a significant upgrade from the phones I previously had in my home

The menu paths are needlessly complex. You have to hit about six different buttons to get to the most often used feature -- the phonebook! Why not just one or two buttons to get to this feature? I do like the "intercom" feature and the display of who is calling you. The large numbers are helpful for older people. But in general, it is over-engineered for a phone. Simplify it next time, folks.

Love this phone set! Thank goodness for the built in robo call block. I was ready to cancel my home service before we purchased this set. It catches those calls and the phone only lights up, it doesn't ring thru. Finally some peace from robo calls and telemarketers. I highly recommend this set.

A nice improvement over our old portable phones. Easy to read the incoming number and the range is good.

The phones have proven to be excellent in detecting spam calls and blocking when called a second time with no ring !!! I've seen less annoying calls because of this feature.

The phones are working great and we have it set up so that any call that is suspected to be spam never rings through.

This replaced my entire home phone system, avoiding trouble shooting a complex wiring system and many components. Price was right and performance is great.

Hi, recently noticed my parents could not read the other phones they are older so the features, Clear big buttons, Announcements and the fact they were able to connect their cell phones. They were thrilled to receive this for Christmas. .
