Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The second day we had the phone system setup we noticed the time kept getting off, went back thru the setup instructions and reset the time, it still continues to loose time, I have been in contact with the manufacturer and they have stepped me through some things to try, nothing has fixed the problem, issue has now been turned over to their Research Team, I received a call from them 12/11/20, everything was fine at the time, since the phone call it’s started doing the same thing again, I will be contacting the Research Team on 12/14/20

Odered 1st set online, I though I received a returned unit, I couldn't get battery covers on no matter what I did, voice call announcement was totally garbled and after 2 weeks, phone lost time. I reset about 9 times, even added time and returned that phone set. The 2nd set is now doing the same thing. Returning this set and will call customer service to complain. I replaced a prior V-Tech after 10 years and am sorry I got 2 bad sets from the same manufacturer. Going to buy another brand.

I have had the same experience on another handset but only sometimes. The phone just keeps ringing until you reach another phone to answer it. Very frustrating and exhausting for a senior

Nice system, but can be a little complicated

So far, the range seems to be good, and it is nice that you have the ability to find any of the headsets. The system is a little complicated to learn, if you want to use more than just the basics.

Does not have a silent mode button that puts base and all satellite phones on silent. Is necessary to do so individually & go through a number of different steps. Not convenient.

Poor quality, horrible set up, reminds me of a cheap childrens toy phone. Never worked from day 1. I called customer support because when I answered a call, the screen said missed call...yet the name and number stayed on until I manually deleted it. It was a lemon from the factory, and they told me I had to pay postage to return it! Run, don't walk, away from this useless piece of junk.

Terrible!!!

I ordered these for my 87 year old mom and they constantly make loud noises then hang up. She's had the issue since she started using them. Unfortunately, she didn't hook them up before it was too late to return. She's in Mississippi and I'm in Connecticut so I couldn't hook them up for her.

If you are looking for handsets that have a “hold” option, this is NOT the phone for you. So disappointed in all the basic features you normally find in multiple handset systems are nowhere to be found on these phones

Does not stand by itself well or easily. After 4 months of use the ear pieces are worn/dirty and cannot be cleaned. I was going to return it, but I was a few days too late. Would not buy again and do not reccommend

If you don't hold the phone just right, your caller will tell you that they lost you or you're cutting out. This is the same across all handsets, no matter the distance to the base - the problem is in the design of the phone microphone itself. Would not purchase, and now stuck with them because BB won't take them back. We'll see what VTech support says since they have a 1 year warranty.

Many of our family members have been frustrated by this. The information in the provided user guide and the QR coded owners manual do not address this malfunction!
