Overall, the phone system met my requirements at a reasonable price. It is easy to associate the handsets with the base. Intercom is a bit different from my previous system and doesn't work as easily as the previous - too many steps to intercom another phone. I am a bit hard or hearing and the sound level is a bit low. If need increased volume you may need to buy the higher boost system at a much higher price.

My granddaughter set up the phones around my house, and I love having one handy wherever I am. I also like the voice identification of the caller since I am in my 80s and there are so many scams taking place for seniors as well as the call block feature. The large numbers and easy to read face is great. My cudos to the designer.

First I tried the Panasonic product with Bluetooth. I found it annoying because the handset's slippery and rounded surface makes the unit prone to moving around in the hand. Also, there is no belt clip to help stabilize the handset in the hand, nor to clip to a belt. Other annoyances are that the phone directory is very slow when paging between entries, and the lack of a headphone jack on the handset. Next, I tried the ATT product with Bluetooth. This product is obviously a dumbed down version of the VTech system. Annoyances include the very slow directory browsing, clumsy procedure for making cell phone calls over bluetooth, dim button lighting, no belt clip or headphone jack. Last, I tried this VTech system and am very positively impressed. The phone directory lookup is fast, cell dialing is simple and fast, button lights are bright, there is a belt clip and headphone jack, and the handset is much more comfortable and stable in the hand. This set is a keeper.

Great value. I have one of the phones in my shop which is a steel Morton building at least 75 yards from the base unit and it has no problem transmitting that far. Only one problem, I don't think the call blocking function is working right. We still get repeat calls from numbers that we have previously blocked.

I am still learning how to operate by trial and error. The instructions that came with are poorly written. The illustrations are not clear.

This is replacing and old set of VTech cordless that were 20 plus years old. They seem to be quality and were easy to setup.

Equipment is very good but instructions for setup and use are very difficult to follow.

Volume is not as loud as my old phone and the range as not as great as they boast.

Very nice phones. They have a long range, nice big numbers on the keys and display. Very easy to use. I LOVE the "robocall" blocker. No need to pay another fee on the phone service for that feature!

Good clear sound a really good telephone set for the price

We bought these phone because they offered a Bluetooth connection to our hearing aids. The big surprise was that by correctly setting up call blocking they have all but eliminated the nuisance "Car Warranty or save money on..." calls. They are slightly larger than our old Panasonic phones, and I would have preferred standard AA Lion batteries instead of the battery pack that I'll have to replace down the road.

Easy setup and installation and the product works extremely well.
