The two-way audio function allows you to communicate with the other parent too if you're in different rooms.

It makes it easy for keeping an ear out on the little one while working or doing chores around the house. The set comes with two parent units which helps out when the baby is sleeping and both my wife and I are in separate parts of the house. Also useful for one parents as one unit can always be charging while the other is in use

It works and we can hear her just fine. We like having 2 monitors, one for upstairs and one downstairs. The talk option is good, too, and we've already used the feature.

This product allows me to answer and reassure her if I have to step outside to get the mail or if I am doing something in another part of the house.

You have to have both units on for it to not make a noise trying to signal the other unit. If you want to move it around from room to room and not keep it in one place you have to listen to a recording every time you plug it back in. this is annoying. Even if there is no noise in the room, you still hear buzzing through the monitor that you carry around with you. I would recommend investing a little more money on something nicer.

Okay Monitor

I don’t like how fuzzy the sound quality is and it seems like it picks up interference a lot. It does the job but isn’t a product I would necessarily recommend. We just wanted something easy for our toddlers room so we could listen.
