I had bought it to help with caring for my mother, who lives with me. She sometimes has difficulty with getting out of bed so I thought this would be helpful as she could just talk to me from her bedside rather than pressing the very loud call button at night. But, no matter how I tried, the only way I could get reception between the devices was when they were in the same room, which kind of defeats the purpose! They are a nice, compact size and would have been easy to put on her walker tray table or beside her anywhere in her living quarters. I wish they would have worked. I had to eventually return them.

I needed a way to monitor her without having to sit by her bed 24 / 7. This monitor was perfect as it was loud enough to wake me if I was asleep yet quiet enough so it was not obtrusive.

The chargers included are only 110Volt so they are not fit to use outside USA in 220Volt countries like Argentina (a 220 volt to 110 volt converter is needed!)

This one always links up and works with no hassles. But, it also has a strange on/off switch that needs about a 2.5 sec. hold to turn on or off, with no beep to tell you it's done. The screen doesn't help as it's practically invisible in most lighting. So, with a few no-brainer fixes, this could be fantastic for the price, but it's not there yet.
