If you travel outside of the USA, you basically cannot use it. Electronics products that one can travel with are usually made to operate on 110V-240V inputs, but NOT this one! Moreover, that's NOT even part of the specifications both on the website and on their documentation in the box! Giving it 1 star because that's a huge miss - in terms of both usability and proper communication/specs to the customer.

Super helpful for my grandparents

His hospital bed is in the living room at my grandparents home. I purchased this monitor to help my grandmother to hear him if he needs her during the night or when she isn’t close to the living area to where she could hear him. What I love the most about this product is that it has the talk back feature so she can answer him to let him know she is on her way. I also like that there are two parent monitors so she can keep one in the bedroom and take one with her if she goes outside. Or if there are two people there, both can have one.
