    we use it as in-home intercom for 2 somewhat deaf senior citizens. this allows us to communicate without screaming at each other. i'm sure it works beautifully as baby monitor as well because the sound quality is great.

    I purchased this for my mother who was fighting cancer. We were not able to hear her if she needed something if we were not in the room. It worked perfect for when we were outside and we could hear her clearly.

    The sound is clear and the monitor picks up the slightest movement. I like that I can carry the "parent" monitor with me (clips to waist of pants or firs in big pocket) wherever I go in the house.
