Great phones. Sound terrific, ring tones excellent, speaker outstanding. missed calls perfect, has time and date on the phones, sleek and easy to hold. Wipes up to a brilliant shine when dirty. Not a complicated phone and came fully charged. Thought I would be returning this dual phone due to the excellent price, but no way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Battery takes for ever to run low (:

I have used it roughly and still it functions well.highly recommend it.the calls are clear and sound adjustments are easy to make.overall a goo handset for home use.

Needed a trim cordless phone for upstairs and down to do the job without bells and whistles and this product works fine. Low price, caller ID and backlight clinched it.

With every phone service offering voicemail and several other features it is not necessary to pay for a phone with answering machines. This basic phone works well and is expandable. One of the best things is you only plug up one handset into a phone jack, the others just need to be plugged into any outlet so you don't have to worry about having a phone jack in rooms you want another headset.

The cordless phones worked well in an old home, no issues with the signals travelling through plaster walls. Could not ask for more, price was very reasonable.

So far this phone has been dependable..it does not have some amenities that the more expensive phones have however for the price it is well worth the cost.

I have the 3 set.. So this ones are for my family.. Good price and had no issues for the last 5 years and still going.. So I got those for my family.

These were purchased to replace existing VTech phones that were ruined due to a power surge. We had the others for over 3 years and never had a problem. We consider VTech one of the best and replaced each phone.

These expandable cordless handsets are excellent for basic home or office setups. Easy to configure and customize. I would definitely recommend this product.

my father couldn't believe you could get a new phone set for slightly more than the 15.00 he was paying for batteries to his 15 year old phone- he now has 2 cordless phones instead of one- both work great

If you are like me and only have a home phone because the cable bundle was cheaper with it this is the phone for you. Great price point and quality!

Unfortunately I need a phone with an answering machine. There doesn't seem to be any out there anymore. Other than that the phones are fine.

Nice phone system. It was extremely easy to set up and works as it should. Would have preferred that there was a built-in voice mail system.

Good prices on products that performs as advertised. (Some outstanding questions remain on the telephone handset. But that may be user error

i am so glad i invested in this phone. I love the handset speakers on this phone, and the phone is very slim in my hand I love this phone.

Good pair of phones for the price. They do the job for basic calling. So far no issues, but i have only had them for about 2 months.

The range for the phones capability was phenomenal, we live in an apartment that had 8-10 units per building and followed by a 3 1/2" sidewalk between each building. The reception was able to still work past 3 apartment buildings. And we lived on the 1st floor. The sound quality was great, the storage for the phone book was very handy, and it wasn't that hard to figure out the programming.

The phone has great clarity and the speakerphone is great for those calls with a lot of number prompts. Not looking for bells and whistles, then this phone is good. The LCD screen is poorly lit making reading numbers challenging. Scrolling through the caller ID list is very slow.
