Needed new phones for my wife's home office these were a good price good sound quality. The second phone piggy backs off the main phone so you do not need wiring just power for the phone to work.

Great product for the price, very portable, the coverage is ok. The only issue is the display, hard to see the numbers or information, for me it's not a big deal just for my wife.

This is a poor product by Vtech. I only used the phone less than 5 times since it was connected in January . It worked in the first 3 times , but the last couple calls that I received was noisy and not clearly at all . I could not hear what the caller was saying and she could not understand what I was saying either . This is a DOA product , but Best Buy stated that their return policy is 15 days. Since I was unable to connect the phone technically so I needed to wait for my children to do the job when he came to see me in January . I explained to the rep about my problem and asked for exception to return this product to Bestbuy for refund, but he declined . I called VTECK, but the phone option could not get me to the right department with the right issue . I am very dissatisfied with this purchase and I will not buy Vtech product anymore and will not like to be a customer to Best Buy either in the future . My previous cordless phone set was made by Panasonic which we used for more than 15 years .

We needed to replace an old cradle phone in our bedroom. Two phones in one package allowed us to replace the phone in our dining room also. The upright phone takes up less space and is attractive. Good voice.

Purchased this cordless phone system to replace an old system I had for over 10 years. Range and call quality is good, but the volume could be a little louder. Not a big deal as I rarely use this line, but I wanted to make sure I let people know there may be louder options.

We replaced our older VTech cordless phone with this model. They were similarly styled and the switch was absolutely seamless. Clear sound quality, easy to use.

Nice looking, easy to program, good range away from base. You can set different ring tones on each receiver. Have had this set a while now. No complaints. Would recommended surge protectors when setting up.

I like the color and sleek look. Needs a turn off switch for the ringer. Does have a lot of features. But it’s good if your looking for something very basic.

I really like this phone. It is lightweight and easy to carry around and works just great. Also was reasonably priced.

Simple to install, has worked well. As described. Had to turn the volume up on it as it was preset to really low but otherwise have not had any problems.

The phone is inexpensive and is very easy to use. The volume is good for the hard of hearing and is clear.

I purchased these wireless phones for an elderly friend. She had one wired telephone which was a dangerous tripping hazard for her. Though she had fears about whether she could learn how to use them I was able to not only convince her about their safety and teach her how easy it was to use them. Everything about these telephones worked well from their installation to teaching her how to use them. A great buy for the price!!

Great phone and features. I have been very happy with this purchase, I use primarily in my home office in my basement and my base station is on our main floor and the range is excellent.
