What I didn't like about this product is that you have to leave it in the base constantly to keep the battery charged. Precharged the set, only to find the batteries were depleted when I took mom home.

It doesn't blink when you have a message. You have to retrieve it using *98 it took a bit but it's difficult to read 'new message'

It is easy to use and reliable. It is well worth the price. The only issues are that the display showing the phone number can be hard to read (although bright light helps), and the quiet mode has to be set for an exact number of hours - not minutes - and that is a minor issue for me.
