I enjoy the this product. The features it have is awesome, I would recommend it to anybody in need of a house phone like I was in need of. It’s very affordable and easy to get use to using. I looked all over for a house phone and came across this and liked it and the price. Thanks Best Buy for having this Awesome product. I reall do appreciate it.

I recently upgraded to the VTech CS5119‑2, and I’m genuinely impressed. Right out of the box, the setup was effortless just plug in, pair the additional handset, and you’re ready to go. The DECT 6.0 technology ensures crystal-clear, interference-free calls throughout the house, even outside. What I appreciate most is the combination of reliability and simplicity. The handsets are slim, easy to hold, and feature backlit screens and big, responsive buttons, making them user-friendly for all ages . The battery life and sound clarity are excellent even during long calls, the speakerphone remains robust and audible. Additional features include a 50-entry phonebook, caller ID/call waiting, and expandable support for up to five handsets, perfect if you want coverage in different rooms or need multiple handsets around the house. Plus, the ECO power-saving mode is a nice bonus that shows attention to energy efficiency. In my experience, this phone has handled everything from VOIP and Spectrum Voice to basic landline use with no dropped calls or glitches

Functionally sufficient digital home phone. Decent battery life. Good sound quality and range.

The phone works fine as a second phone in a bedroom perhaps, but the volume for the ringer and the ear piece is not very good. The volume is adequate at best, however the sound quality is not bad. That said, for the money, it is a good deal.

These units are designed to only last a couple of years. Once their lifetime is expired, they just stopped working. Likes: 1) This product was easy to use. 2) Replacement batteries last long enough. 3) The product was very light. 4) Sound was great. 5) Phone reception was great on both units. 6) Answering machine was great enough. 7) Wires, power cords, chargers were high quality. 8) The phone was designed beautiful.

I know many of you do not have a landline but I keep one just for emergencies and this phone does what it needs to do. Clean communication and easy to use.

I just bought this phone today. I chose it because we have another one just like it with 2 handsets. This model has one which is fine for us. BUT the instructions inside the box were for a VTech Baby Monitor. Clearly a different product with different installation instructions. This was not an “open box” purchase so the problem came from the factory. I found the correct instructions online.

I've been searching all over for a decent affordable home phone. During my search I realized how freaking expensive home phones were and I didn't bother to go to Best Buy until I had to go in to get some printer ink. I found this product that for some reason no other store carried in stores. It's been great so far! The only down side is the volume. I wish the volume was way louder. The max volume should be a bit too much on every home phone, but in this case its definitely not. Also, they should keep in mind when making these home phones that they are being used at home with more than likely screaming kids. Overall, the product gets the job done at an affordable price.

This is very nice vtech phone set. Easy set up, clear sound and lighter weight . Delivery was the next day .

Easy to set up, initial charge took a lot less time than expected. Phone has excellent range, solid signal, and even the speakerphone works very well, and does not pick up background noise and drown out the conversation. A very solid phone for the price.

Good price for what it is. I wish the voicemail was something you could press a button and hear recorded messages out loud, similar to older phones as opposed to needing to dial in to listen to any voicemails.

We've owned t=VTech cordless phones for years and compared to other brands we tried sometimes, they're simply the best. Logical controls, long battery life (when not in charger), super extra features, excellent sound quality. Since we still use a landline (wife hates using a cell phone) it's important to have high quality phones in the house. We expanded the set to three phones and that's an added bonus.

This cordless phone system works great and was very easy to set up. The sound quality is clear, and the handsets have a good range throughout the house. The buttons are easy to read, and the battery life has been excellent so far. It’s a reliable phone system that does exactly what it’s supposed to do. I would definitely recommend it.

These two phones are contemporary looking. They are lightweight to handle. They fit neatly on an end table, night stand, desk, or dresser. The ringer is easy to adjust and hear. The push button dials are easy to push. It is easy to hear on the phone. All voices are clear.
