Battery drains dead in hours just off the charger doing nothing. And takes a year to charge. Drains in 3 hours, takes 2 years to charge. Never seen no crap like that in my life.

It is easy to use and reliable. It is well worth the price. The only issues are that the display showing the phone number can be hard to read (although bright light helps), and the quiet mode has to be set for an exact number of hours - not minutes - and that is a minor issue for me.

I found the Vtech system at Best Buy for my replacement and it works great and is compatible with my Panasonic system using the same phone number. The VTech system increased my phone system from 5 units to 7 units which make being able to answer a phone call from any room in the house including one unit in the garage. I am very pleased with my addition using the VTech cordless phone system.
