I admit I haven't setup or used the voicemail yet, but I've used the phones for long teleconferences and the battery lasts a long time and they are easier than a cell phone to set down on speaker mode, adjust volume, and switch the mute on and off.

It rivals the old Western Electric dial phones for audio quality. The display is sharp and convenient and had little or no issues running thru the menu and setting up the phone. The ring tone selections to choose from could be greater but they serve the purpose. The caller ID is 2 lines so you see the number and origination point usually. The price was right for my budget.

Affordable land line phone with extra extension

Have only had it a few weeks and used a few times but satisfied so far.

It is hard to guess what kind of phone i'm buying (Voip; landline; needs wifi router, or just wifi connection) in 2025 and couldn't quite tell from the box!

( 1 V-tech, the batteries died way too soon, one by one until I went from 3 handsets to O and to replace 3 batteries was not cost effective.) From the picture on the box I thought I was buying a phone with an answering machine since one base charger was larger than the other 2 chargers. But, when I got home, no answering machine so I went back to exchange. Same v-Tech with answering machine was not stocked in store, only available online, so bought Pansasonic. ( more expensive).. maybe a strategy on Best Buy's part to get a person to upgrade to a more expensive phone.
