Great Phones for a big house.

I have dropped multiple times and they have not broken. Also the speaker phone setting is great and comes in use alot. Very clear sound and stays charged for a long time. I would refer these phones to anyone. Their great.

I only used the phone less than 5 times since it was connected in January . It worked in the first 3 times , but the last couple calls that I received was noisy and not clearly at all . I could not hear what the caller was saying and she could not understand what I was saying either . This is a DOA product , but Best Buy stated that their return policy is 15 days. Since I was unable to connect the phone technically so I needed to wait for my children to do the job when he came to see me in January . I explained to the rep about my problem and asked for exception to return this product to Bestbuy for refund, but he declined . I called VTECK, but the phone option could not get me to the right department with the right issue . I am very dissatisfied with this purchase and I will not buy Vtech product anymore and will not like to be a customer to Best Buy either in the future . My previous cordless phone set was made by Panasonic which we used for more than 15 years .
