Phone was purchased for my 103 year old mom as her land line and has just enough basic usage on it for her to understand how to use it. Once again the price at Best Buy could'nt be beat,

However, I have to refer to the instructions to access some of the features. Sometimes, there is static on the line.It meets our needs for a reasonable price.

My answering machine went out on our 20+ year old answering machine and this one was one of the cheapest so it came home with me. Its easy to set up and use. Thats all I care about.

I purchased a Vtec and it has been working like a champ. I needed a replacement for upstairs. It has all the features I desired and easy to setup and operate...a no brainer.

Just needed a simple home phone & this one worked
