Pretty sure will return for upgrade. Very easy set up - looks nice, but reception is terrible most of the time. I just wanted simple and 2 hand sets - definitely got what I paid for -- poor quality.

I do not care for the phone. Also the volume on high is not very loud. So if you are a elder I would not recommend this type of phone.

I think it would be better if the phone was not so flat. What I mean it is hugged your face. It literally feels like a thick piece of metal. I usually keep it on speaker to avoid this feeling. Overall, it is a Ok phone, nothing exceptional.
