The phones work great and serves its purpose well for a land line. The only problem is the display is small and it doesn’t light up when it rings. So we have trouble seeing whose calling until we put our glasses on.

This may, however, be more about the way my brain processes sound, than a problem with the telephone itself, as no one else has complained. At least it's pretty, and I can find it when I need it!
