Haven't got the time or patience to read the LONG explanation of how to avail oneself of each feature. Prefvious landline of this sort was simple and easy to use. No need to learn complicated instructions. Wish I had kept searching for another brand.

If your talking for awhile, the phone can get a little uncomfortable on your ear. It's also a little difficult to retrieve messages from the handset alone. I find that I have to use the main base to retrieve.

Wasn't expecting much for the price, but seems to be a solidly manufactured phone. The digital answering machine is a plus. My only complaint so far is that callers sound a little too low. With the volume boosted to the max it's OK at best in my opinion.
