If your talking for awhile, the phone can get a little uncomfortable on your ear. It's also a little difficult to retrieve messages from the handset alone. I find that I have to use the main base to retrieve.

Twice as handy.

I like that there are two hand sets and that it does have caller ID. I am disappointed that I will need to reenter all the numbers that were on my previous phone.

Affordable phone with nice features.

Wasn't expecting much for the price, but seems to be a solidly manufactured phone. The digital answering machine is a plus. My only complaint so far is that callers sound a little too low. With the volume boosted to the max it's OK at best in my opinion.
