Frankly, I am pleased with the overall quality and reliability. It appears to be an excellent value when compared with other similar products. Even the color, which I had concerns, has grown on me.

We recently started home phone service and needed a wireless option for a reasonable price. The phone is very clear and has all the basic functions you need but the quality isn't the best and the charging station is very flimsy

These phones are excellent for my mother in law. Very easy to set up and lovely color.

I bought this phone for my mom for her Birthday.I hooked it up and she started having problems with Answering Machine going out,Then the volume keep getting lower and lower.

Works well but on the box it says expandable but not true to any earlier model. So I only have two phones that are working and the other 3 are not compatible. Not to happy.

The only weakness there is with the phone is that I wish the numbers and letters were a larger size for my mother. in her case the size of the letters/numbers make a difference.

This phone replaced an earlier generation of the same model, since we liked it so well. The only problem we experienced was that when I inquired about additional expandable handsets, the sales lady recommended the wrong product.

Great phones at a great price! Take out of the box & plug them in! I got the red ones. Audio is excellent, adjustable volume too.

I replace my old phone after I melted the last one. The best part is you only need to set up one handset and everything copies into the other so they are exactly the same.

I needed to replace my house phones for quite some time and they had to be slim portable and cool looking. Once I spotted this set of phones on display, I instantly knew they were the ones. We love them!

This phone is overall decent. The call quality is tolerable and features are above average. The only thing that is suspect is the build quality. Feels a bit cheap in the assembly part of things.

What can I say, it's a bright red phone set. It has all of the standard features and it works great. My kids have dropped it about 20 times already and it still works, so I'm hoping it passes the test of time.

This is a perfect phone for our simple requirements, with easy to use settings, caller ID etc. If you have voicemail through your phone carrier system already, you can just turn the answering machine function off. Loved that it came in red, too, for a fun color.

Don't use home phone much but works as described. Expansion units purchased at Best Buy were not compatible and were returned. Had to order expansion units direct from VTech.

We bought these for the ability to Intercom between phones with one button press. The quality drops off on the 3rd line or last line out :/

There wasn't enough clear instructions for any part of the phone or answering machine.

Don’t let the low price fools you. This phone set work’s amazing and is as good as the most expensive brands.

It is good for the price. A little difficult to figure out how to find things like the caller ID log. I got the red/black which I like and never saw before.

These phone set it pretty much straight for. No easy to use plus you can add another phone if your need to. That’s pretty good
