I needed new phones, as my old ones did not work anymore. I bout some elsewhere and they did not work for me. So I went online to My Bestbuy and seen this set and went and got them. They work great for me and really like the answering machine on them.

I bought this phone for a home phone which I never thought I would have again although with having kids and the In-laws not having a cell phone I had to put a phone line into the house and hooked this phone up and works great no flaws or complaints

I like this phone a lot, it easy to use and looks good too!

This is a good phone/answering system with caller ID and call blocking. Can do many functions from handset as well as base. I think it is a great value for under $40.

1-feels cheap, light plastic I could blow over with a good sneeze. 2- had to have Comcast connect because nowhere in the zero font manual does it tell you that you have set up the handset to the base. Could not get it to work anywhere in my house, said no power regardless. he had to watch a YOuTube video of a refurbished one. Could I have received a refurbished product? Paid for new.

It's a basic house phone which was perfect for me! I just needed something that was able to record messages and had 2 phones for each room. This phone has been great and worth the purchase!

Well packed, easy to set up. Lots of features; like the voicemail and playback feature, it stores phone numbers, saves messages. I like the red -I wanted to be able to spot it quickly if I leave the receiver on a chair or other place.

Phones work fine , just wish numbers were lit up , hard to see callers number . Thank you

I have researched many manufactures & have found Vtech to a great buy. I also purchased a bluetooth device such that my cellphone rings, I can use it to answer calls. :)

We only have a landline in our local. VTech works well for our needs.

I am happy with this phone system. It has several ringer options, some of which are much more easily detected in our home in which sound does not always travel well. Answering system also works well, with generic or recordable messages.

Its ok. Isn't that bright or loud...I never had a problem with vtec before...

I don't allow my daughter to have a cell phone, but she needed something for the house so these phones coupled with a magic jack and we are in business! Call quality is clear and voicemail system works great

Bought this as a replacement for an older phone (headset stopped charging). Works better than the old one ( telemarketer calls have decreased with this phone).

This is my second vtech cordless phone system. The other lasted about 10 years, not bad. So I expect this to perform flawlessly as my previous model for years to come.

Phones are very loud which is great, but when talking people seem to sound very far at times. That's the only reason I don't give it a 5. But good value for the price.

I bought it to replace the one I had, which I damaged by accident; I love the color !! It is just what I need.. Simple and functional, at a reasonable price.

Phone seems to all work ok but deleting messages does not work well. Have to hold the button very hard and try several times before it deletes them. May be defective.
