My husband has had the batteries die on him when he was on an extended customer service call and had to switch phones in the middle. The block list would be a nice feature but it's very limited on how many numbers you can actually block. It's like 10 I think which is nothing compared to how many robo/ advertising /sales calls we actually get.

We needed handsets in more areas of the house, but the display is hard to see and the features are not intuitive. I would not recommend this product unless all you need is a dumb handset.
